Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of www.max.app (the "Site"), operated by Tzar.Tech Ltd., 16 Blaga Dimitrova, 1505, Sofia, Bulgaria. By using the Site you agree to them.

The Site, and what it is not

max.app is in private beta. The Site publishes product information and forms — contact, newsletter, and (when shown) an early-access waitlist.

Everything described on the Site is the product we are building. Figures shown inside interface mock-ups are illustrative, not benchmarks or performance claims. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

Requesting access creates no contract

Submitting the contact form, joining the waitlist, or subscribing to the newsletter does not create a contract, guarantee an invitation to the beta, or entitle you to any service. Commercial terms come with a pilot agreement, in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Probe, scan, scrape or overload the Site beyond normal browsing.
• Circumvent or interfere with the bot check on the forms.
• Submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive or misleading content through a form.
• Impersonate max.app, Tzar.Tech Ltd., or any other person.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Submissions

What happens to what you send through a form is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Keep a copy of anything you need. We may delete a submission once your enquiry is resolved, and we are not a store of record for material you send us.

Do not send confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you are not free to share. If you send us an idea or suggestion unprompted, you allow us to use it without obligation or compensation — this does not extend to your confidential business information or to anything covered by a signed agreement between us.

Intellectual property

The copy, marks, wordmark and media on the Site belong to Tzar.Tech Ltd. or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the Site as a whole or use our marks without permission.

Availability

The Site is a beta marketing site. We give no uptime commitment, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you deal with us as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the update.
